Bayvero Terms of Use
These terms apply to repair shops, their team members and customers who use Bayvero.
Using Bayvero
You must provide accurate account and repair information, keep private customer codes secure and use Bayvero only for lawful automotive-service activity. A repair shop controls the records it creates and is responsible for the services, prices, estimates, warranties and customer communications it provides.
Payments and automotive services
Bayvero records estimates, invoices, payment instructions and payment status for physical automotive services performed outside the app. Bayvero does not process Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or cash payments and is not a party to the repair transaction.
Messages and media
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Bayvero the limited permission needed to store and display it to the repair shop or customer connected to that repair. Do not upload unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing or unrelated content. Users may report messages and block a conversation; content may be removed to protect users or comply with law.
Account security
Do not share sign-in credentials or private repair codes publicly. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or code has been compromised.
Availability
Service interruptions can occur. Bayvero is a communication and record-keeping tool and does not replace a repair shop’s professional judgment, safety inspection or legally required business records.
Account termination
You may delete your account from within Bayvero. We may suspend use that threatens users, security or the service.
