Delete your Bayvero account

Account deletion is available directly inside Bayvero on both the web and iPhone.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to the Bayvero account you want to delete.
  2. For a customer, open the profile menu. For a repair shop, open Shop Settings.
  3. Select Delete Bayvero account.
  4. Review the deletion summary, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.

What is removed

Your sign-in sessions, permanent customer links, personal profile, your messages and media you uploaded are removed. Repair records that must remain with a shop are disconnected from your account and anonymized where possible. Shop-owned diagnostic media and business records remain with a surviving shop.

Shop owners

If you are the only owner of a shop, the confirmation also deletes that shop’s Bayvero workspace, repair records and stored media. A shop with another owner remains active and only your membership is removed.

If you cannot access the app, email wsilva44@gmail.com from the address connected to your Bayvero account. We will verify the request before deleting data.
